About me
How do I describe myself. I am a good guy, honest, kind, like to treat people. My wife died of cancer at age 30. I learn the hard way that people can get cancer, heart disease and diabetes at a a young age. Thus, we need to be health conscious and understand our body (run blood test and CEA cancer marker), and thankfully my CEA is always low at 0.6 (normal is less than 5). I am in perfect condition and non diabetic because I walk more than 1 hour straight in my treadmill machine at home everyday, sometimes twice a day. I also eat less and healthy food because these are also criterias for prime health and longevity. I also take Japanese supplements everyday. All of these make a difference.
