I'm losing weight to improve my health...it was so much easier to put extra weight on than it is to take it off. lmao. I have Diabetes Type 2, so another reason for loosing weight and being careful of what I eat.
I walk with a cane and can't stand or walk for more than about 15 minutes before the pain gets really bad. I live with Chronic pain which gets worse in the cold weather. Because of my mobility issues my two teen age boys do the household chores for me.
I live with Depression (long story) but am well able to control myself. It means I'm not fond of crowds but can be friendly when needed.
