Well, about Balot, when I was living in Makati City, I wrote a poem. This one:
BALOT
«In the dark and silent nights,
ageless sellers of balot slowly
pass beneath my window,
peddling wearily their creaking
bicycles. They carry a basket full
of unborn creatures while groaning
"Baloooooooooooooooooooooot!".
Their mournful cry echoes in the
darkest shadow until it dissolves
in the most chilling loneliness
in unison with the grueling
squeak of their melancholy and
unceasing pedal that vanishes
with them swallowed up by an
invisible horizon of sadness»

I love to cook, specially Italian food, and some French food as well.
I can cook any kind of pasta with the most masarap sauces!
Among the best dishes I can cook there's Risotto alla zucca, Filetto al pepe verde, Pasta alla tempesta di mare, Lasagne, Tagliatelle al ragù, Soupe à l'oignon, Coq au vin, Île flottante...

I don't practice any sport. Sport is dangerous! All my peers who practiced sports are already all dead! All I do for my fitness is diet and long walks with my beloved dog.
